Transition Services consists of discovery, planning, and startup for new services. Transition services may be required when changing service providers, restructuring a company’s operations or delivery organizations, acquisitions, or divestitures. Services can be provided in the form of an initial transition plan or a complete transition service from inception through characterization period. SA has experienced transition managers and other transition resources such as business process analysts, project specialists, and technical writers that specialize in working with the customer to understand and document how a service is currently being provided. Next, SA transition personnel work with the extended team to define and document the necessary business and technical process changes required to move the current service to its new future state. SA transition personnel employ proven tools, templates, and techniques that have been utilized in previous successful transitions. SA transition personnel can work both onsite or remotely. Standalone transition activities such as transition planning workshops can be provided. SA's highly skilled transition managers can perform the function of lead transition manager over multiple towers or a supporting role directing the efforts of a single tower.
